Our journal article on “High-fidelity reconstruction of porous cathode microstructures from FIB-SEM data with deep learning“ has been published on Applied Physics Letters. We utilize fused secondary and backscattered electron images to reconstruct 3D microstructures of porous cathodes with high fidelity.
Our proposal on developing high spatiotemporal resolution scanning electron microscope facility for multimodal dynamic imaging is awarded as Collaborative Research Fund (CRF) by the Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong.
